Everything was easy (except the climbing!!). Any cyclist traveling to the Bay Area that wants to ride while they're here needs to bookmark UDC's website.
The online ordering, setup, and delivery were top-notch. (one tip...make sure that you have your bike measurements when you go to book..can't change them once you've secured your bike).
They had a lot of sizes, and their fleet selection is top-flight. I got to break away from a terrible, boring, stressful, brain-numbing conference to escape into the hills south of Los Gatos. (Hicks road climb is brutal from the north)
Totally great experience. Definitely something I'll do again.
